Yep, same! Cereal and nuts and dried fruit. I'm ok with granola bars tho. Oh and pure chocolate. Not cocoa flavoured stuff. Real milk/dark chocolate :(

icecream and cookies and milk tea ..... lol

i'm like the black sheep :-x

Bread...any kind.  I <3 Bread!
umm...pizza, cookies, cheese on anything, anything on bread, things out of the freezer, dark chocolate, ice cream...none of this "nuts and fruit" nonsense for me!
cereal...usually honey nut cheerios. oh and chips. especially those cheesy lays!!
hmm--peanut butter, nutella, dark chocolate, bagels.....i'm salivating just thinking about it!!

Haha, great minds think alike. =)

On the worst of worst days (maybe, twice a year), I attempt to devour an entire thin-crust pizza (only make it halfway through), eat a pint of ice cream (don't finish that, either), and several large handfuls of chips.  More often, a big bowl of salmon-noodle casserole smothered in fresh parmesan.  Mmmm.

Excuse me, "attempt" to devour an entire thin crust pizza? WOW, I wish I had that problem. For me, replace "attempt" with "successfully", remove the "an" and add a 3 or 4 infront of "entire thin-crust pizza."

Haha! Uve, that's hilarious! I prefer the old bag of chips, chocolate bars and curly fries. Hell, anything fried.
ugh... chips w/ hot sauce oh yeah and Pizza... i cant get enough of the stuff
cereal cereal and more cereal...sometimes ice cream.
ah i binge on everything i have lolz. do any of you guys ever binge and then eat like maybe a salad after to make you feel better because it's healthy? lolz i always do that and it just adds more calories.
Giant subs are my weakness. Cheese, roast beef, tons of veggies and everything slathered with mayo and italian dressing...mmmmm. If I could get away with it, I'd eat a roast beef sub for every meal.
wow cereal for me, and im really glad i read this post because i have been hating myself for being able to eat bowl after bowl of cereal and ithought i was the only person in the world who cou,dnt control themselves around cereal. cookie, ice cream, chocolate...all that stuff is understnadable for a binge. who binges on cereal? i  thought i was the only one. not that that makes it ok, haha. im just feeling less lonley now.

AGREED!

what the hell is with the cereal?!

At first i thought it was just ME, but others seem to have the same problem also =\

i wonder whats in the cereal thats so damn tempting!!!! grr

My problem with binging is that I don't have a binge food.  I've never been able to eat JUST a pint of ice cream and leave it at that.  When I binge (it's been ages...thank god), I want EVERYTHING.  Here's a typical bad binge for me: Peanut M&Ms...white chcolate macadamia nut cookies...dulche de leche ice cream...then I decide I need something NOT sweet...so nachos/fries (a major one is spinach and artichoke dip...)...then I rever back to the sweets again.  It's ugly, I tell you.  Thank goodness those days are long gone...I get sick just thinking about it.

Peanut butter and cookies
another cereal lover here!!!! I also tend to go for tortilla chips and Ben & Jerry's ice cream. when it's TTOM i'll eat ANY sort of candy...as much as i can get my hands on.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
