1- oatmeal cooked in lots of milk (1:3 ratio) and egg whites. Topped with any mixture of nut and fruit or none.

3- Eggy bread

 

Lunch

1- smoked salmon and avocado sandwich/wrap

2- quinoa salad with lots of stuff in it (mushrooms, chickpeas, peas, etc)

3- Lentil soup with hearty seeded bread

 

Dinner

1- tofu mushroom chives soy sauce noodles

2- pizza (eggplant pizza or pizza-on-a-wrap/bread/pita, or pizza with a proper base)

3- homemade sushi!

1. Reuben Sandwich (corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, red onion, thousand island dressing toasted on rye bread.

2. Greek salad- Romaine lettuce, red onion, greek olives, pepperocini, red bell pepper, feta cheese, grilled chicken, and greek dressing.

3. Spinach wrap with turkey, bacon, harvarti cheese, cucumber, red onion, spinach, portabello mushrooms, yellow squash, and spicy mustard grilled.

 

Dinner

1. Grilled fish (Any kind!) with fried onions, mushrooms, yellow peppers, and cabbage, and wild rice.

2. Spaghetti- Hamburger, tomato sauce, mushrooms, green pepper, onion, tomatoes, yellow squash, and garlic over noodles, and topped with lots of parmesean cheese.

3. Hard tacos- hard shells with hamburger with taco seasoning, sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese, onions, bell peppers, and lettuce with refried beans on the side

Breakfasts

1. Empty a sachet of Oatso Simple apple+blueberry flavour into a big bowl, and top with 90ml semi skimmed milk (ignore the packet instructions;makes it too milky!), and stir this mix in. Mash a banana and mix it into the oat combination with a tablespoon (or more ;D) of nutella, and microwave for two minutes.

2. A packet of Belvita breakfast biscuits, sandwiched together with like half a jar of Nutella, and dipped into cappucino!

3. mix in a bowl a banana, chopped apple, 2tbsp honey, muller rice vanilla custard, special k, crunchy nut clusters, and nutella, and microwave for a minute for quite an explosion xD

 

Lunch

1. tropical salad (iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomato, mango, apple, melon, grapes, kiwi and pear)

2. tomato soup with a white bread roll

3. noodles with bbq chicken sauce :)

 

Dinner

1. meatballs mashed on top of roast potato cubes

2. cheese on toast

3. veggie paella

 

Bed time snack

1. scone with strawberry jam and a cup of tea

2. tea and digestives

3. microwaved milkshake with marshmallows
