What's your most delicious oatmeal recipe: oats cooked in microwave with ripe banana to sweeten (becomes so amazing when heated), along with cinnamon, ginger, natural almonds, topped with crystallized ginger + some shredded wheat squares, and some milk on the wheat squares so they're like...soggy :P hm and maybe some chopped walnuts

What flavour pop tarts: im not sure...i haven't had any in so long and i remember there were only fruit ones like strawberrie and blueberry. but i've heard that there's a cinnamon one, or cinnamon bun so that would be good, like the icing and cinnamon as the 'icing' part on the pop tart, and then inside like brown sugar/cinnamonny goodness.

What's you dream breakfast (calories don't exist here!): a huge fresh bakery-style muffin (morning glory) with a bit of margarine, a whole banana sliced in a bowl with skim milk + cinnamon + 1/2 cup natural 0% yogurt with a drizzle of pure honey, amazing black coffee...
weird i woudl never think that i'd choose a non cereal one...otherwise here's one: perfect oats, any style but more firm/dry than like liquid-ey, with cooked banana inside and cinnamon + ginger...natural almonds + topped with chopped walnuts + cashews...with black coffee...and half the banana on the side/sliced on top :)
