I ate a HUGE serving of both and don't really know the calories in each.
I ate about a whole plate of turkey and ham. I'm curious of how many calories are in turkey & ham, and which is healthier?
i had a lot of turkey today too and i don't know the calories in each. the turkey is healthier because it has less fat and saturated fat. but i still think turkey tastes better than ham anyways.
who cares? it doesn't matter now lol
Turkey's healthier. also both are extremely high in sodium.. especially the ham.. ;)
1 cup of ham @ 249 has only 11 calories more than 1 cup of turkey@ 238, BUT, ham has much more cholestrol and much more salt. Turkey also has much more protein and therefore is much healthier.
