carbohydrate, proteins and fiber! HELP
Okay, I've started a diet about a week ago that is a sort of detox diet. It's basically a raw foods diet but I'm basically doing raw 80/20. Everyday in lacking in three thing.. Yep! It's the headliner! Carbohydrates,proteins, and fiber. What are healthy (preferably raw) foods to incorporate that will up my percentages? I'll take any tips : )

Fruits and veggies for carbs and fiber.
Raw nuts and seeds, sprouted legumes, and veggies (leafy greens specifically) for protein and fiber.
How do you NOT get enough carbs and fiber on a raw food diet lol? The easiest way to get those is through fruits and vegetables.
As for protein, it is a little more difficult, but like the above poster said, raw nuts, seeds, and sprouted legumes can give you a decent amount.
