1. What is your overall favorite type of cheese? Consistently I'd have to say mozza, but years ago when I was in France I had this amazing cheese that I can't remember the name of, but man, it blew my mind. It was made on some local farm in the alps, I can close my eyes and still taste it.

Sorry can't figure out the whole survey thing so I'll just tell ya that Trader Joes has two awesome cheese's White Stilton with apricots embedded in it and White Stilton with cranberries stuck in it. OMG! Stilton is a stinky white cheese not as strong as Bleu.

Costco has an amazing apricot cheddar. MandyLou, if you like fruit in your cheese, and have a Costco near you, you should check it out!
