I ate a Chipotle Vegetarian FAJITO Burrito. Kill me - i dont believe it is 1110 Calories total, with black beans and vegetables. Please tell me i counted it wrong - I dont even feel I ate that much! - last time I ate the same amount of calories at one time - i could not move and speak.
Please help - for Counting's sake!
Where did you get the burrito from and it's calorie information from?

Shake it off and count it as a maintenance meal -- a day off. You can't return it, now.

I payed myself for this already - 30 minutes vigorous cycling - about 250 calories gone!:))) - and some weights, - dont know the calories burnt, but very very pleased about it:)) - and finally swimming - 30 minutes - about 180 calories gone the same way - so total 330 - cool...not so bad then, because i ate only half of this evil-burrito! goood girl - tomorrow i will give another half to somebody else - i cant afford another day of torture (even though i liked exercise). Thank you to everybody! - and btw - it was not that good - fast food is always bad for you.even what looks like healthy - tested on my self:)) thank you to everybody again for support. Sorry for giving a wrong impression:))) - I am just being very emotional... I at healthy weight and healthy lifestyle. Not to worry!:)) Was just really surprised about good looking fast food good (good fats, beans) be so much of calories - and it is a hand-sized burrito! I never eat fast food anyway, so it was just a try, so i guess - it didnt pass:)
Question - Is this the same in the best restaurant in Mexico? Just curious..
1. Even eating half (550 cals) at one sitting is disturbing to a lot of people, that can disrupt an entire day's meal plan, no need to "yell" at Katenok3000
2. I think we've all gotten so used to the "omg I just ate 2 calories past my goal" posts that it's difficult for some to see that Katenok was venting more than requesting absolution or saving. Well -- the first post she was begging to be told she was wrong on the cals but the second post was tantamount to talking to herself through it
3. The calories would probably be similar, even in the best restaurant in Mexico. You are talking sour cream and guac -- two high calories, high-fat foods.
Ornellanicole is correct -- sometimes you have to look past the words and try to read into the emotions
I guess my perspective is different. 550 cals. would be a normal dinner for me. 1100 cals. unexpectedly, yeah that would bother me. But the OP implied she ate the whole thing.
next time you go out, look up the calorie content online first and then go into the place knowing what you want to get.
Love black beans and killer healthy but true they carry there calories. I agree that I would not guess 1100 cal for a veggie burrito and be mightily surprised between that and my calorie guess would be closer to 550 for the whole thing..

The fact that she felt she had to pay for this by exercising the calories off. We don't know her stats so we don't know her allowance, but she does admit to being at maintenence level later in this thread, so 555 calories should be just fine for someone at maintenence, especially if they are a regular exerciser.
If a person feels they have to exercise their calories off in order to justify eating, or that they don't deserve to eat unless they exercise, that is a big red flag.
overeating has definately inspired me to work it off, but has never inspired me to get rid of it in an unhealthy manner.
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
