Hahaha, I recently bought some skinny cow ice cream sandwiches, those are pretty good. I would even suggest just a little dark chocolate. The good stuff. Or.. maybe some strawberries with cool whip on them?
maybe try nonfat yogurt with fruit, or a special k bar, or 100 calorie pack ( i have a friend who likes to heat up the oreo or chis ahoy 100 calorie packs in the microwave and then add a little whipped cream). Grahm crackers with light cream cheese.
Just a few suggestions - Fresh fruit with a small scoop of fat free, sugar free ice cream, frozen yogurt, or sherbet, or simply topped with yogurt and a sprinkle of granola or nuts, or even a few shavings of chocolate.  A baked apple.  A rice cake spread with All Fruit.

I recently had a cup of blueberries with 3 tbsps of light cool whip!

That was so yummy and full of nutrients and fibre as well!
i like the white chocolate   sf/ff jello instant pudding

7o calories per serving

its really yummy
ohhhh i am on a fruit kick! i get store brand frozen raspberries and light cool whip.  microwave the raspberries (warm if you want them warm, or just defrosted if u want them "normal") and add cool whip.  i like a little in with it when the raspberries are defrosting... gives it that ren faire esque berries and cream thing.  70 cals for the berries, 20 cals for 2 tbsp of light cool whip= heaven

for an extra treat, crush up a low sugar or fat free graham cracker and mix with hot berries and cool whip... its like pie! yum.

best bonus: 1 cup of fruit is 2 servings and you get fiber and antioxidants!
I like to eat peanut and jelly on crackers, marshmellow whip mixed w/low fat strawberry cream cheese and dip fruit in it, wheat waffle w/cool whip and slice banana or strawberries on top....
I always eat dessert after dinner- its essential for my sanity. So, depending on how many cals I have eaten during the day, I try to keep the dessert between 80- 150 calories tops.

My favorite is this (I made it last night!):  Tastykakes came out with a new line of products made with Splenda called Sensables, so I buy the 100 calorie chocolate chocolate chip bars.  I heat it up for like 10 seconds on a plate, then add a dash of the Cool Whip Free, add 10 raspberries, and then dribble just a hint of sugarfree chocolate syrup (not the full serving).  This is like a warm raspberry chocolately treat that I count as approx. 150 cals. Yum I want one now but its like 8:30 am haha
Wow, Alwhite04, would you mind coming to my house tonight and making this for me!!! that sounds really good. i never saw those little treats you are talking about, Sensables, where can i find them???
I made a really good low cal dessert for valentines day....

I crumbled one low cal grahm cracker at the bottom of a large red wine glass

1 layer (about half of one cup) of sugar free chocolate pudding

1 layer of cooh whip light

1 layer of fresh stawberrys (i used frozen mixed berries for my husbands)

REPEAT

one dollup of cool whip at the top with a sprinkle of coco power (mainly for looks)

and sprinkle some almond slices on top...it was so good and believe it or not there wan't too many cals either

and for more simple nights i take a cup of sugar free vanilla pudding and mix it with a bananna, or a cup of sugar free chocolate pudding with a dollop of light coolwhip and some sliced almonds :) hope this helps....
Isn;t it amazing how creative we get with the fruit, cool whip, and fat free/sugar free pudding!

I also like to frozen chocolate covered bananas and frozen grapes are good.
jello recently came out with new ff/sf pudding cups. my favorite is the dulce de leche. the mint chocolate is good too. they have a layer of thicker stuff on top, yum! and it's only 60 cals/pack.

something i used to do for an extra special treat was take the 100 calorie south beach cookies, top with 1 T of free cool whip on top, then microwave for a few seconds, until they get soft. it's like they are warm from the oven and glazed. then i'd add a serving of light ice cream, and the whole thing was 200 cals. (100 cal cookies, 20 cal whip, 80 cal ice cream). it was so beautiful...
you guys are givnign me such good ideas and i was not even looking around for them. thanks!!
I peel and slice up an apple into a ramekin and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg, a squeeze of lemon, 1 tsp vegetable margarine, and a packet of splenda.  I bake at 325 in my toaster oven for about 20 minutes and put a dollop of cool whip light on the top and another sprinkle of nutmeg.  It tastes just like apple pie.  (Careful, the ramekin is hotter than the surface of the sun.)  This usually clocks in at less than 100 calories, depending on how big your dollop of cool whip is, and is very satisfying.

I like my apples to still be firm but not crunchy.  A lot of people like their baked apples to be very soft, if so raise the baking time.
The Tastycakes Sensables are really good, you should def. check them out.  I buy mine at the regular grocery store in the EVIL aisle with all the Hostess and Entenmanns haha, but I read about them in The Washington Post.  Here is a link to their website for the sugar-free Sensables:

If you like baking, a SFFF pavlova is the best dessert in the world. Make a meringue with Splenda. Let the meringue cool, then slather on some FF whipped cream and finish off with berries on top. I like pulping some of the berries first and adding a few drops of balsamic vinegar - I don't know why it works but it just lifts strawberries/blackberries/blueberries onto another level.

My smug-what-is-all-this-low-fat-nonsense BF had 3 servings before I told him it was less than 60cals apiece. And low-carb.
lol @ everyone still suggest sugar free / fat free pudding and jello when i said not to give me that suggestion haha. IM SICK OF IT PEOPLE!!

but i do like some of the ideas, thanks :)
Okay here's something good. Pineapple, yes plain old Maui Gold pineapple , a cup is only 100 cal. If that isn't sinfull enough try FF no sugar added icecream. I found some that is only 90 cal and REALLY GOOD! The kind I like is made by Safeway.
I too love dessert after dinner (and after breakfast and lunch too), and these are great ideas.  One thing that also helped me on days when I didn't have the calories for dessert was to brush my teeth right after my meal.  And, to chew a fruit flavored piece of gum.
WHY NOT SOMETHING REAL - INSTEAD OF FAKE FOOD? HOW ABOUT A YAM (NATURALLY SWEET) CREPE? EITHER WITH MASHED YAM IN THE BATTER AND JUST PLAIN ROLLED UP. OR REGULAR CREPE WITH MASHED YAM INSIDE. BOTH CAN BE SPRINKLED WITH A LITTLE REAL BROWN SUGAR AND NUTMEG AND MAYBE CINNAMON. OR FOR THOSE WHO LIKE SPICIER, ADD SOME GRATED GINGER.

THAT IS A RECIPE - NOT READY MADE INGREDIENTS PUT TOGETHER. COME ON PEOPLE --- USE A LITTLE IMAGINATION.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
