how have you done so far today?

Oh boy, Ive consumed nearly 1000 calories so far today and ive only just had lunch! So i was wondering how everyone else is doing today?

I'm at 602... Just finished eating Breakfast... I've still got a long way to go... I had a really good breakfast though!!! I had a Truly GREEN Green Tea Veggie Smoothie and a Soyrizo, Egg and Cheese wrap... Mmmm so good!
Mmm that sounds good, of course what didnt help me was having basically 2 breakfasts lol kashi go lean with an apple (nice and healthy) then i get to school an hour later hungry and i ate a sausage patty with 4oz egg substitute (erm, not so healthy lol). hmmm well ill just have to cut out my snacks today i think. oh well.
Im at 500cals at the moment. Going to have a nice BBQ and maybe some popcorn with a good film later :D
I've only had breakfast so far, so 216 calories.  Light whole wheat bread, light cheese, and turkey.  I'm not much on breakfast food.  :) 
lol I was craving some Kashi this AM but I'm out of Milk :(
Very well. I'm at 167, and I've had lunch. What I had was half a grapefruit for breakfast, some celery and cottage cheese for a snack, and an egg white omelette with tomato, mushrooms, onion, and spinach bits. I'm doing well with protein - 20g :D

On Saturday nights I really like to snack and watch tv with my friends, so I try to save my calories up until then.
Aww that sucks, hybrids05 last time i ran out of milk i ate it mixed in with a yogurt - cant go without it! It was alittle too crunchy for me this way tho.
Yeah I ran out last night lol but I had some Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding lmao So I had some with that... But yeah, I finished off the pudding last night and Kashi doesn't sound like it would go very well with Water or anything else in my fridge...

I'm just gonna have to go buy some more milk sometime today...
i'm only at around 400 so far. i had a bowl of cinnamon & apple oatmeal for breakfast, then a communion to go to so by the time i got home it was lunchtime, so i had quorn "chicken" nuggets and i'm about to have a banana.

I'm at 700 at 12:30 but I try for about 1700 so it's not too bad. I have trouble with eating too much in the mornings because I get up early for work. I get up at 5:30 and eat at 6 most mornings so I just have to get two meals in before noon or I am crazy hungry. I almost always stop eating by 5 so I guess it works out.

I ate some strawberries, honeydew, a large banana, 2 cups of coffee with skim milk, half a grapefruit, a few grapes, and a cinnamon and raisin bagel with a scraping of butter and I'm at about 675. I'm about to go out to a seafood dinner, though, so I know I'll chow down and up my cals to about 1,600 because we're also goin out tonight!
I'm at a little over 1200 (just before dinner) because of some pizza I had for lunch, however, I dont' feel bad about it because I got in an hour of cardio exercise this morning.   A light dinner with a vitamuffin later on, and I'm good for the day....  :-)
Ive had, i 2 bananas, an orange, a pear, an apple and half a bag of belly babies : ]] to make me happy! plus 2 cups of tea! not bad for a day.
BAD is the only word to describe how i did today
all i really ate was sugar and the only healthy stuff i ate were salmon wheat bread and half a banana
I'm at 1000 after just having lunch too. I had cherries for breakfast, and plain pasta with tuna for lunch. I feel completely content. But now that I think of it, I've had way too many eclipse mints. Oh well! I'm  definitely having a light dinner.
