white popcorn (110 calories per 3 tbs. dry) + sunflower oil (108 calories per tablespoon)

In my Stir-Crazy I often pop 9 tablespoons of white popcorn (330 calories) using 5 teaspoons of sunflower oil (180 calories).  I add no salt or butter/margarine.  The total is 510 calories and makes 6 quarts. Most people would divide that into 2 or 3 servings or snacks, but I often eat the whole thing and call it one meal.

2 quarts popped would make a nice snack of only 170 calories.

Cheerios for snacks- Dry.  110 cal per cup.

Fruits and vegetables.

UD

1) Cut up veggie sticks and hummus- super nutritious and filling

2) fruit and handful of nuts

3) Cottage cheese and tomatoes with lemon pepper

4) skim milk with kashi go lean

It's probably weird but I like to snack on radishes !!!

i buy the flatbreads from wal-mart which are 90 cal each. and then i put a half cup diced tomatoes(25 cal), and a half cup spinach(15 cal) on top, finishing with a 1/4 cup of fat free cheddar(45 cal). bake it in the oven...and its soo good, nothing fancy about it but im hooked and probably eat one everyday. :-)

It's actually a drink but instant diet hot chocolate, here in the UK specifically Cadbury's highlights. it's so delicious and warm and chocolatey but not at all guilt inducing :)

Hi!  I am new!!  Thought I would just jump in here!!!

I have a few favorite snacks...I will buy a bag, pull out my postal scale, measure out the serving size, put them into baggies and label WW points on them.  I will measure out the entire package...because I struggle with self control!  :-/

1 cup of Shredded wheat  (was really excited when I noticed Strawberry frosted Shredded wheat at Aldi's!!)

1 cup of Apple Cinnamon Cheerios

Apple cinnamon quakes

Apples with some FF warm caramel sauce (limited amount!)

When I really need a sweet fix I will make some SF/FF Chocolate pudding (cook & serve) with FF milk.....topped with some frozen FF coolwhip (letting it melt into the warm pudding)

This is a great thread....I am enjoying everyone's snack choices!!  :)

A Week of Clean-Eating Dinners
I’m trying to give my eating habits a little cleanup these days. It’s easy to pay close attention to what I’m eating on the weekends when I’ve got tons of time on my hands to prepare delicious meals, but during the week when time is less available I feel the pull of convenience foods for their, well, convenience. Here’s what I try to live by when all I have is 30 minutes to prepare a "clean" meal.
