Half a cup of fiber one is okay... I wouldn't call you as being "obsessed". It's processed food but it's not as bad as other cereals, so why not just eat it? If it helps you to be regular, then it's even better! :)
As long as your not eating the whole box, It's fine! Fiber one is delicious with a cup of fruit and milk in the morning! It's also good dry for a snack!
I'd say that Fiber One is pretty healthy. Base on the values listed on Fiber One's nutrition information found, sugar is minimal, calories are between 80 - 190 depending on different variants, and no cholesterol.
It has aspartame in it.
