Food id number ??

Quote  |  Reply
I looked up grham cracker in the food data base but didn't see a food id number naywhere. The directions on the recipe analyzer says that you can enter foods into the recipe analyzer using their food id number. When I typed the name graham cracker into the recipe analyzer as an ingredient using its name grham cracker it didn't recognize it. But I know it is in the sites food data base. So I was going to try and enter it using it's food id number to see if that worked but I can't find where the food id number for that food is mentioned. Does anyone Know or have any ideas? Thanks in Advance Deana

Check spellings.  If you enter "grham cracker" you won't get anything, but if you enter "graham cracker" it should come up easily ^_^ .
The food id number isn't listed on the items page but it is.

Take Low Fat Honey Graham Crackers. If you look at the url (the internet address) it ends with "/item/49.html" so the item number is [49].

On my favorite item of the day Sweet Potato, 1 med. Raw the it's addy ends with "/item/118316.html" so it's item number is [118316].

Wow!  See how such an old post can help a newbie!!!  It was driving me nutso looking for it!

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
