veggies -- broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, spinach, shall I go on?  Cucumbers, green peppers, zucchini, squash, asparagus -- low calorie -- high fullness quotient
I tend to snack on scrambled egg whites (17 calories each egg white), pickles (about 10 calories each), dannon light and fit yogurt (60 calories), cottage doubles (the ones with raspberry are the best and it's 150 calories), 1-2 cups of pineapple or other fruit (usually less than 100 calories per cup), 100 calorie packs (they have many different ones now), and jerky (about 70 calories for a stick of it)
Any high protein cereal or granola bar.  Kashi TLC bars (140 calories each) and Protein and Fiber bars (150 calories) are great.  South Beach High Protein Bars (140 calories) are awesome, too.

Shirataki noodles ... 0 calories.

Shirataki Tofu noodles .... 20 calories a serving.

Mushrooms ... 15 calories a cup

1 medium peeled cucumber ... 24 calories

1 cup of sliced radishes ... 19 calories a cup

1 small tomato .... 16 calories

Fresh spinach .... very low!

(You could make an awesome salad!)

one cup of puffed millet cereal ... 60 calories

1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze .... 20 calories

=^..^= MOLLY

I'm big on oatmeal, lentils and cauliflower.  They're all very, very filling.
I've been eating a lot of 'Zoom' lately, it's a 100% Whole Wheat hot cereal made by Krusteaz. It's 140 calories per serving. Then i put about a teaspoon of Splenda brown sugar blend and 2 ounces of milk on it. it's about 180 calories, depending on what kind of milk you put on it, and it is SUPER filling. I also agree with some other suggestions other's have posted, scrambled egg whites, and fresh vegetables like broccoli cauliflower and cucumber..... Oh and Progresso Light 0 point (weight watchers thing) soups, 60 calories a serving. And apples and melon like honeydew and cantaloupe.
Small baked potato with some lowfat or nonfat cottage cheese! Always fills me up when I have a hungry feeling and makes me feel full for a longtime.
