3) what's your favorite sandwich filling?:Sugar free strawberry jelly and skippy reduced fat peanut butter, egg salad made with egg whites, mustard, garlic salt and fat free miracle whip, also chicken salad made with quorn chickn cutlets mustard and fat free miracle whip

4) what's your favorite kind of bread (rye, pumpernickel, etc)?: lite multi grain

5) around how many servings of grain do you consume daily?: No a ton I've cut back, i feel I may have gluten intollerance

6) what's your favorite cracker-topping?:  I like j.t kraft's cheese spreads and dips with reduce fat town house crackers or pretzles

7) what's your favorite thing to do with rice?: I hate rice! I served at a Thai restuarant for too long it turned me off of it ha
