How often do you eat this? Once a day? No that is not too much.
Unless you have some health reason for watching your sugar intake, then, no, that is not too much sugar from fruit.
Depends what your goals are.
I have the same concern! Today for example, I'm having a pound of strawberries, a plum, a pear, and a banana. I often have about maybe 5-6 servings of fruit a day, possibly even 7 - plus I usually have a fruit yogurt a day (and I don't like the ones with fake sugar, so that ups my sugar intake too). But so far the weight's been coming off steadily, and I'm getting lots of vitamins, so I figure it should be okay. Granted *knock on wood* I don't have any medical issues that make me sugar-sensitive, so I've just been doing this all along...
Am glad to see that all the replies here indicate it's not a problem, though! :)
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
