20g (healthy) fat

Gnc 50g Slam milk chocolate

250 calories

.5g Sat fat

9g Carbs

50g Protein

This was after a 2 hour full body workout with extra emphasis on chest, lats, biceps, triceps, and delts

Sure why not.

80g protein at once is pointless because your body can't make use of it all- I was told that 30g immediately afterwards is a good goal (then to top up later to make needs). Both sound like great options (LOVE the sound of the pumpkin bar- is it whey protein?) but I don't think both at once is going to be of benefit in terms of recovery.
