Going to Gourmet Burger Kitchen, which is lowest calorie choice?

Hiya, wondering if people can suggest which one of these would be best, I know they're all probably high in cals.  I would assume its either a chicken or veggie one, which is fine by me cos I dont really like beef, but which of these do you think is best, I cant find any nutritional info on them:

Chicken, camembert and cranberry sauce

Chicken, with satay sauce

chicken with thai red curry sauce, grilled pinaplple

Aubergine goats cheese, sunblushed tomato

portabello mushrooms, aubergine, red pepper, sweet potato, camembert, rocket, onion and jam

mushrooms, red pepper, rocket, onion and pesto

 Thanks!

Oh my god--they all sound so good!  I wish we had a place like that around here!  Anyway--pesto is usually a bad choice--lots of fat and calories.  The satay sauce probably is peanut--so high calorie.  Any of the cheeses will add more calories, too.  I would guess the lowest calorie would be the curry sauce and pineapple.  What is rocket?  But get something you would really enjoy--sometimes I get something higher calorie and just eat half of it.
Rocket is a type of salad leaf! yeah to be honest I might just get one of the cheesy ones, and eat less, cos the curry and pineapple one just doesn't sound as nice! thanks!

the mushroom, red pepper, rocket onion and pesto probably

sounds delicious!  i love rocket

The curry sauce would have oil in it anyway... they're probably pretty much equal, so eat the one you want and call it a treat day... they sound DELICIOUS!

Wow a tough decision, in each of them there is something fatty.

Some random thoughts:

camembert is loaded with fat so I wouldn't choose that. I also have concerns about the satay sauce that others had. Pesto does have oil although I'd choose that over cheese. I think Aubergine would be the best, goats cheese isn't that bad - you just need to make sure they don't grill the aubergine in oil otherwise it soaks up tons of calories.

portabello mushrooms, aubergine, red pepper, sweet potato, camembert, rocket, onion and jam

sounds like your safest choice... ask for no cheese, thhat's what i'd do

Agree - I'll see what my restaurant guide has; maybe they have something listed for this place that sounds super tempting.......
