I'm confused.  100g sodium would be a huge amount of salt... 250g in fact!  Low salt bread is really flavour-free... if your diet has too much salt in it, keep the wraps but reduce the salt content of all the other foods by choosing more fresh foods and fewer processed/ready-made ones.  2400mg a day isn't too difficult to hit if you do that.

La Tortilla Factory might offer you a lot of options.

  • La Tortilla Factory Organic Yellow corn has 0 mg sodium and only 60 calories
  • Organic Corn King size  98% fat free has 2 mg sodium and 120 caloires for 2 tortillas
  • MIssion 6 inch corn tortillas have 5 mg sodium and 140 calories for 5 tortillas
Hope this helped!

I am sorry I meant 100mg.

thanks for the suggestions. I was hoping to find a whole wheat one. :)

The lowest and best ones I've found are the Garden of Eatin' organic whole wheat tortillas. I found mine at Whole Foods.

The have...

  • 110 calories
  • 1 g of fat
  • 130 mg of sodium (lowest I've found)
  • 3 g of fiber
  • 4 g of protein

And they're really BIG. They're not just downsized tortillas, they're the real thing.
