I saw in a magazine about high protein snacks and they had one that mixes peanut butter with cottage cheese and I love it!
I use about a tablespoon of peanut butter ( I love the Skippy natural), put it in the microwave for a few seconds (to make it easier to mix) then mix in about a half tsp of splenda. Mix that up then mix in a half cup of non-fat cottage cheese. (I love the one from trader joe's)! and enjoy! :)
Peanut butter on apples, celery, carrots, or whole grain crackers
Small amount of nuts or trail mix
Cottage cheese with pretty much anything
I like to add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to my dannon light and fit yogurt it is delicious! (the best flavors are peach and cherry vanilla)
I LOVE Atkins Chocolate Fudge bars - they're 160 calories and 12g of protein. Also, the Pure Protein bars are between 180 and 200 calories and have 20g of protein. Chewy chocolate chip, double fudge, and chocolate peanut butter are my favorites.
