Italian restaurant
Is smoked salmon with sweet peas and onions a healthy choice at an Italian restaurant? And does anyone know the nutrition facts for it so I know if I'm eating enough? If there is a healthier option please tell me (with the nutrition included). Thank you :)

Or maybe pasta from the kids menu?
Commercially made smoked salmon is bound to be high in sodium, but pretty healthy otherwise. If it comes with a cream or butter based sauce, then skip the sauce.
My favorite is Linguine Aglio e Olio (linguine with olive oil and pepper), which is usually ~450 calories. It's a bit high in fat, but good fats. It does usually come with Parmesan cheese, but you can ask for it without.
Kids menu here I come!
kids menu has a lot of calories too
lol you need to get over your fear of fats though so i would get something that you want and have half ( since the portions are huge ) or have the whole thing
I would comment back with something smart, but we are both anorexic so I'll let it slide.
How high/low are you looking to go for calories?
