I rarely if ever crave sweet stuff. But if I'm craving for salty/tangy food, and I have access to it, there's no stopping. Not proud of it at all.
Mozzarella cheese is my Kryptonite. It's the perfect cheese, not too salty, not too fatty, soft and so easy to eat. And if I buy it, I almost always finish the whole pack so since I've started counting calories (a month) I havent bought my favourite 400g pack.
But today I bought a 125g ball of mozzarella and I finished it. Do I regret it? Never! I feel happy and it's well within my calorie limits :-)
What is your Kryptonite? Sweet or Sour?

My kryptonite are cookies. But, they have to be a certain type of cookie. They can't be from those hard cookies from packages; they have to be those baked-in-store fresh, soft cookies, or homemade, with some type of chocolate chip in them. They are so very evil and delicious.
Popcorn. I smell fresh popped popcorn and it will nag at me until I remove myself from the situation. Have to have it now and then tho just to not totally deprive myself. But used to have it almost every night while watching tv. Now it is more like once or twice a month. Makes it more special for sure.
Pizza! Just describing it will send me over the edge.
BUTTERNUT - FUC**ING - SQUASH!!!!!!
Fat Free Cool Whip and jello cheesecake (in the pudding containers) ... the cheese cake is for every second day (I even make allowances for the 130 calories and 3 grams of fat it entails), and the fat free cool whip for the moments I just cannot take it any more and I need my late night fix of something sweet (I am SOOO bad for that), which only has 25 calories for 3 Tbsp. which is nothing then for my one, and only .5 grams of fat for that serving ... it works like a charm:)!!
Ice-Cream! I don't love it as much as I used to, like this summer, I was eating it by the pint, and now I'm a little sick of it. Still though, if I get started I feel like I just need more! :)))
Have to say anything salty and oily. And beer and sometime booze. I just keep telling myself "a calorie is a calorie" and counting them all the same. So far the math hasn' t let me down.
It's a tie between movie popcorn and loaded veggie pizza. Luckily I can find pretty good substitutes for these. :)
Oh where do I start? I learned from experience that I cannot keep any of these foods in my house!
Kettle Chips "Tias"
Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches
Chocolate Covered Raisins
Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Margaritas & chips/salsa
- Ice cream
- Ryan Reynolds
Things that I can never say no to?
*Cheese. Even the stupid little samples at the grocery store!
*Whipped Cream/Cool Whip. When I worked at Sbux it took all I had not to fill a cup with the stuff :P
Popcorn...I don't stop until every kernel is gone.
I tend to go for salty & greasy foods but recently I started craving sweets and RAISINS are no longer allowed in my house. The calories add up way too fast for those little suckers!
Cereal..I seriously have no self control when it comes to cereal. I can't just eat a small bowl, I need to eat all of it! I've gone through an entire cereal box into 2 days, lol.
These mini chocolate chip cookies from Trader Joes..they are the most addicting little things in the world! The serving size is 5 cookies for 130 calories, but I could seriously eat 30 of them at once.
I just ate another ball of mozzarella. First I cut half of it and put the rest back in the fridge.
The moment I finished the first half, I went ahead and ate the rest.
375 cals. phew. well, at least I didn't eat anything else with it, and it was sort of my lunch. Delicious :-) Although it's really not nice that I can't stop myself from finishing the whole thing.
Definetly peanut butter! Mozarella cheese is pretty bad too though...basically anything full of fat and sugar :s it used to be apples, but then i decided to do apples and peanut butter and it was all downhill from there!
Cheese... Pizza with lots of cheese and meat...
Various cream cakes - like oreo-cake...
And chocolate.... (just had some - managed to put away about 1/5 of it because I decided I'd had enough! Maybe there's hope for me too!)
fried chicken, fried catfish, good coleslaw
Yeah- I'll eat ALL you got, bring it on.
