Bought some today... I like learning to cook cheap cuts of meat well, feel like I'm helping counter the ridiculous waste of our society too (ie chicken breasts and throw the rest away)

Hmmm, I've pan fried it before and it was ok ... any suggestions?

I quite like the idea of this

maybe with falafel

Simmered poultry liver pureed with butter makes a good spread for toast or crackers.

I really like liver. I rarely eat it anymore. I'd only eat organic liver now.

When I did eat it regularly, I like to just dredge it in flour seasoned with salt and pepper and then pan fry with sauteed onions. Serve it with mashed potatoes. Yum.
