Low-fat Hot Chocolate [resolved; thank you! : )]

Anybody know a good brand or type of hot chocolate that is relatively healthy, or at least moreso then a normal one?

Thanks!

Any hot chocolate mix will have sugar. If you want something low in fat, use skim milk.
I normally just use water and boil that, as I'm not really a fan of milk, even in hot chocolate. ^^;;

Curses- I guess I'll have to drink it more sparingly. XP
If you are using one of the varieties that instructs to just add water, it already contains milk powder. Try to find one of the finer hot chocolate mixes, such as Ghirardelli, http://www.ghirardelli.com/

Though, you are still consuming sugar, and you might want to check out this recent thread on the roll that refined sugars play in your daily diet:

We are using for years an excellent Extra-Rich Hot Chocolate by President's Choice from Zehrs (in Canada). I just entered it into calorie count. It has really superior taste. With 2 tbsp into good sized mug you just add hot water and it is only 60 calories, 8 g carbohydrates, 3 g sugar 2 g fat with aspartame. Sells in 225 g cans (same size as coffee cans). Make sure it's "light" version as they also have regular with double calories.
Try 'Swiss Miss Sugar-Free' hot chocolate.  Comes in individual packets, 50 cals per packet.  Mix it with milk to make it worth it. =)
Nestle's Low Carb hot chocolate is better than Swiss Miss, IMO.  It's 25 calories (without the marshmallows) and it's really creamy (when using water) and chocolately.  In the winter it's my favorite treat!  In the summer I keep it handy for those days when I'm craving a super chocolatey Swappuccino.
I get boxes and boxes of Nestle Carb Select Fat Free with Marshmallows.
It's only 35 calories when made with water. I lik to sip it while
watching TV instead of picking at fattening snack foods. :)
If you read the label you will probably see that it does have milk in it already. Most of the mixes do. This would make it only listed amount of calories and you will do well to have it for sweet treat.
