3. Toast: plain, with butter, or with butter and jam? Hm, just butter or just jam, depending on the type of jam, and whether or not I'm in the mood for sweet.
4. Oatmeal: plain, flavored variety (apple cinnamon, maple brown sugar, etc), or topped with real fruit/ingredients (homemade apple cinnamon for example or banana and chocolate) Oatmeals not really a favorite, but I do liek the flavored apple cinnamon kind with extra apples added in.
5. Pancakes: plain buttermilk with syrup, flavored variety (blueberry, chocolate, banana nut, etc), or whole wheat with syrup? Blueberry with blueberry syrup, cooked paper thin please..:)
6. Cold cereal: dry, with milk, on yogurt? With soymilk, ricemilk, or lactaid 1-2% please..:)
7. Waffles: with syrup, with fruit and whipped cream, with pb and banana? with syrupppppp or just the fruit, no whipped cream.:)
8. Breakfast sandwich: egg/cheese or egg/cheese/breakfast meat? Either or...My favorite is egg and cheese on english muffin, with onions, green peppers, spinach, and cucumber, and if it has meat it has to be ham..:)

7. "Salad sandwich:" egg salad, tuna salad, salmon salad, or tofu salad? Tuna salad, lots of onions, peppers, and celery, with spinach, but no relish please.
8. Soup: black bean, butternut squash, chicken noodle, or broccoli cheese? Chicken noodle, but I've never had butternut squash or black bean, so i don't know if thats fair..:p
9. Salad: spinach/feta/kalamata olive/raspberry vinaigrette OR wild greens/mandarin oranges/grilled chicken (chik'n)/oriental sesame dressing? spinach/feta/kalamata olive/raspberry viniagrette, add some onions, peppers and mushrooms though!
