Anyways I was wondering if anyone had a "milk replacement" for under 90 a cup?
Soy drinks. The one I use is 92 cal per cup (if you don't mind those 2 extra cal ).
I'm not sure about calories but there is hemp, oat, coconut, rice, and potato milk.
I'm sorry you're allergic to nuts because I absolutely LOVE almond and hazelnut milk. I'd say you'd save calories on any unsweetened versions of these milks.
Most of the non-dairy milk replacements are under 90 cals a cup, if they're unsweetened. Hemp milk is an exception. It's the added sugar in the sweetened versions that bumps up the calories.
almonds are not technically nuts, they are drupes (so maybe you're not allergic?)
