I resolve to eat more: Healthy fats

I resolve to eat less: Fast food

Instead of french fries I will choose: I'll still choose fries over anything else, but mashed potatoes are a close second option!

Instead of fast food I will pick: Home-made food items.

When I have to eat Fast food I'll look for choices like: I always eat my burger without the buns, so I can't do anything else or else it won't be a fast food meal that I'd enjoy! Patty + fries + diet coke = win.

I will add more fruit to my diet by: Not sure if I like fruits that much, so I don't plan to add on more fruits than I usually eat.

I will add more veg to my diet by: Making them more available at home and persuading my mom to cook healthier options.

A healthy breakfast I plan to make in 2012: Nothing. I usually wake up late enough to have lunch.

A healthy lunch I plan to make in 2012: Parmesan-crusted chicken.

A healthy dinner I plan to make in 2012: Spinach salad and grilled chicken.

A healthy snack I plan to make in 2012: Guacamole and carrot sticks.

If I attend a party on New Year's Day I will subsitute what food for the following

potato chips: I don't really eat potato chips usually so when I do, I want to have them!

french fries: I will stick with my fries.

tater tots: Not a big fan.

Nachos: I love nachos but I know how to control my portion.

Chocolate cake: Nah, I'll pass on it.

Peanut butter pie: Don't like it.

Non-food resolutions

I resolve to move more by: Working out every single day, even if it's just a light walk in the park.

I will exercise how many times a week? I plan to exercise 7x a week, 4 days of intense work out, 3 days of leisure activities.

I hope to see physical changes where? My thighs, my butt, my waistline and I just want to have the ultimate bikini body.

I hope to mentally change in what way? I want to be healthier than what I already am, I want to enjoy my life without having to abuse alcohol the way I used to before, and I want to help my friends and family and whoever who want to lose weight by encouraging them.
