Nonstarchy veggies and low sugar fruit

Quote  |  Reply

Could someone please provide a better list than what is on-line for nonstarchy veggies and low sugar fruit?  I have been getting conflicting information.  I need to jump start this diet of mine and this book I read says unlimited nonstarchy veggies but limited fruit at least for the first 17 days.  Thanks

Starchy veggies are: potatoes, green beans, beans, corn,

Non starchy: asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, cucumbers, squash, zucchini,

High sugar fruits: pineapple, mango, dried fruits, grapes

The rest are low sugar

Good luck!!

I have a really good list I compiled over here, http://gigieatscelebrities.com/the-way-to-a-t aut-tush/

I really hope it helps you. I decided to make a list because I get asked this question a lot as I only really eat non starchy vegetables. The starchiest vegetable I eat is butternut squash, which really is hardly starchy at all. LOL.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
