Which cereal would be the healthiest for breakfast special k red berries, weetabix or cheerios?

Weetabix i think. The other two are sugar packed.

Add some berries to the Weetabix to sweeten it.

If you stick with original Cheerios and original Weetabix, both are a good bet. Weetabix is slightly higher in sugar, but has less fat and less sodium. Special K Red Berries is loaded with sugar and definitely to be avoided... even the original without the "strawberries" has 6g of sugar per serving!

Hey.  I eat 2 weetabix most days.  To add to the nutritional analysis, there is 4.5 mg of iron in 2 biscuits of weetabix.  Adding this cereal to my daily diet has really helped meet my iron targets.
