Okay, so perhaps this is a stupid question, but I feel a need to ask it (I am neurotic <_<)
I have so many recipies that call for "an onion", but what measurement is that? I see these tiny little onions in large bags, and then huge onions (that I usually get), Spanish bulk. What am I supposed to use? Currently I just use 110 g of onion to put in "one onion".
Damn fruit and veggies not being uniform, same with apples >_<
I'd go with the medium sized onion at the store... not the ginormous one and not the baby ones in the bag! There is a happy medium with onions! ha ha. But honestly, onions are healthy so you cannot really go over board with them!
