i belive its around 150
Plain chicken is about 30 calories an ounce.  An avereage size breast is roughly 4oz.  Though some can be very thick so personally I would round up.
Sorry, but you'll need to know how many ounces you're eating.  A "piece" of chicken breast can vary sooo much between people.  How big is this piece?
The ONLY way to tell for sure is to weigh it....it sucks, but it's the only accurate measure. I bought a scale from Target for 5.99 (Chefmate brand) and I weigh my breasts then use the "chicken breast, meat only, roasted" choice from the food log to calculate the calories. I'm eating chicken in some form pretty much every day now so I guess I've just gotten used to it....good luck!
i guess its like a normal sized peice, maybe the size of my palm lol i know im no help! but we order our meats from a meat company, so theres like no nutrional info on the package
funny I found this log while looking for the same thing, cause heres the deal:

I weigh my chicken, say 4 oz, and in calorie-count, 4oz (114g) says about 198 calories when i go with " Chicken breast, meat only, cooked roasted"

However, on the back of the pack of chicken, 4oz says 110 calories only. Now does this have something to do with cooked/uncooked or what not? Because they arent very close, and I myself am not sure which one to go with.

Any thoughts?

can i have a hug?

Ok, so I have no idea what the last three posts are about. Anyway...

Cjulian- My guess is that "chicken breast, meat only, cook roasted" is a oven roasted whole chicken that had the skin on. You might look for one that says boneless, skinless chicken breast. That might come to around 110 cals.

Really guys? Don't be rude.

4 oz uncooked would be 3ish cooked...so a 4oz cooked portion is actually 5-6oz uncooked. Make sense? the 198 calories is for a cooked portion, 110 calories is uncooked for the same weight.
