Publix - Subs

Not sure how many have a Publix near you, but this afternoon I bought a veggie sub from there for lunch.  I'm having a hard time estimating the calories for the bread, it was one of there multi grain ones.  Would it be comparable to the bread at subway??

Check out www.dietfacts.com and search for Publix. They have listed the nutritional info for a half veggie sub. Hope it helps..... I'm having a hard time too finding caloric info for publix brand items :(
