I have a gift card to Qdoba and will be going there sometime this week. I've decided on a Grilled Veggie Burrito, but am not sure of the difference between "fajita vegetables" and "grilled" ones. I'm thinking of getting both...

Has anyone had experience with Qdoba's veggie selection? Thanks!

I've compared Qdoba and Chipotle a lot in my travels and Chipotle is a bit better in terms of calories and ingredient quality, but they are fundamentally the same. I would suggest the following:

Get a burrito bowl or burrito salad. The tortilla they use is 300 calories by itself, is loaded with sodium, and has almost no nutritional value.

I would lean towards the fajita veggies as they have less sodium in them.

I'm a meatasaurus, so I would probably go with chicken for the protein rather than just veggies.

Get brown rice if they offer it.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
