I buy rotisserie chicken a lot at HEB (local grocery store). It costs like $6 and I can get several meals out of it.. but I was never sure how to calculate it.. or how many ounces it was.. until I found this! Thought I'd share...

Well - this would still depend on how much the chicken weighs. You can get small measly rotisserie chickens, and ones that are 5 to 6 lbs!

When I log it, I choose the closest match in the food search... however, because we like the rotisserie chicken so much, we ended up buying an inexpensive rotisserie oven!
Have you tried H.E.B.'s roasted turkey breasts? They're fantastic!
Many places inject their rotisserie chicken with oil or butter, so I wouldn't put much stock into that.
Store-bought roast chicken always has a TON of sodium and often msg as well, unless you're lucky enough to have a grocery that does salt-free or 'lightly seasoned'. So that sodium quota is way off-beam.
