i have a bag of small white beans that says they are 70 calories for 38g (1/4th of a cup). however on CC it says "Beans, Small White, Mature Seeds Raw" are 130 calories for 38g. Why such the huge difference? I mean, its just beans, there's nothing ADDED to them..or taken away..does anyone know which is the right amount.
