Tea
At stop and shop I saw boxes of tea by Celestial Seaonings called Gingerbread Spice and Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride. Has anyone else tried these holiday specials? I'm looking for a good type of tea, I've tried plenty of varieties, colors, and flavors..but there's so many! Any favorites?
Good Earth Original. It's a wonderful sweet and spicy blend perfect for this time of year. Soothing quotes on the teabags too. Mine from this morning was "Little things affect little minds" by Benjamin Franklin.
Personally, I prefer Peppermint and English Breakfast.
Double Earl Grey by Stash - that's my hands-down favourite tea. I've been drinking a lot of decaf tea, Earl Grey and Chai/Indian spice in particular. I like it with a splash of milk and splenda or sugar if I 'need' some sugar in me.
I also like Tension Tamer tea (Celestial seasonings), and last year I tried one of their seasonal christmasy teas (maybe the gingerbread) and loved it.
I'm so gonna make a cup of tea right now!
its REALLY good for you, its from south america and has tons of antioxidants. it tastes kind of like a smokey green tea, and i really like it. it also says it can help your metabolism (although most teas help).
If you do like caffeine, there are tons of yummy green and black teas, personally I LOVE Earl Grey (even though it sounds like an old person tea), and peach flavoured tea.
I haven't tried Gingerbread Spice or Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride but I bet they both taste pretty good. I have tried one called Yuletide Spice which sounds like it could be similar, and it was great!
I recently bought two teas that I am in love with...(like drinking 2-3 cups a day at least): Vanilla Cream herbal tea (it's got a hint of lemon in it too), and Raspberry Vanilla rooibos tea. Both are caffeine-free.
i like earl grey, peppermint, licorice root and chamomile. and others but those are my favorite.
double post. opps.
I've tried them both. They are to die for. My grocery store only sells them around Christmas, you are so lucky! Buy them! 0_0
Celestial Seasonings Nutcracker Sweet tea is AMAZING, but unfortunately only available around Christmas. I bought 8 boxes off ebay a couple years ago though, so that I could have it whenever I wanted.
Lately I've been drinking peppermint tea, which is delicious by itself but even better when I add stevia or Splenda to it. Tetley also has some new herbal teas that I haven't tried but that look intriguing - they have a passionfruit and fennel blend, as well as a blueberry ginseng blend.
What's everyone else's favourite teas?
Vanilla Roiboos, Moroccan Green Tea with Mint, Chamomille, Green.
But there is nothing better than making tea with your own herbs fresh out of the garden. From spring to fall I make my own mint, lemon balm, bergamot (Earl Grey), lavender etc. tea sweetened with pieces of stevia leaf also from the garden and it's much better and fresher tasting than any store bought tea!!!
Awesome thread revival. I love Good Earth Vanilla Chai and Cinnamon Stick. Also- I have a peach/green tea that I just tried today, super good!
1 bag cinnamon stick + 1 bag Vanilla Chai + 1/2 cup Almond milk + 1 tbl splenda = wonderous drink that gets me through my Mondays.
I have this massive tin of loose chai tea from this amazing shop called T2.
Do other parts of the world have T2 or is it just an Aussie thing? If you don't you guys are seriously missing out.
I stick to the basics. Unflavored Green teas. Stash and Twinings are good. Stop&Shop chain also carries teas for Keurig Single cup makers. But they are usually kept where ground coffee is.
I've seen bottled T2 in the stores (I'm in Fargo ND), but not in bags/loose.
I am head over heals in love with Rooibos (plain and straight), Earl Grey, White tea, Darjeeling, chamomile, ginger, peppermint and when I need to wind down at night sometimes I make a blend of chamomile valerian and hops (loose).
I lover Stash, Cameron and Twinnings. I also go to local health/international market that has herbs/teas by the ounce (loose)

Barley tea. There is nothing else like it, and it's amazingly refreshing.
Barley tea? Never heard of that. At the risk of sounding like a clown, is it just ground up barley?...lol...is there anything else in it?

It's the same as any other tea, and yes, it's made from the parts of barley. XD If you have an Asian food store, give it a try. It's awesome.
What you eat can have a direct effect on your skin if you're struggling with psoriasis. See what to shop for.
