A comfort food if you will. Something eat pretty regularly and you love and pretty much can't live without. I'll start: mine is oatmeal which I pretty much eat for breakfast every morning. So frickn good!! And also I really love peanut butter but then again who doesn't;)

During the colder times of the year (it is winter here) I do like a hearty vegetable curry. Easy to prepare, any vegetable can be used, it's hot and spicy; low in calories, easily warmed up - I usually keep some in the freezer. Sometimes I add a dollop of low fat plain yoghurt, just for a different texture.
I love any kind of stir-fry with quinoa instead of rice on the side
Peanut butter and apple butter sandwiches on Ezekiel 4:9's cinnamon raisin bread! Sometimes I'll have it on the cinnamon raisin english muffin. Every day I look forward to this snack. You guys should try it :)
In order of the things I eat most often:
- pop corn
- 1) microwave
- 2) made with olive oil in my Stir Crazy popper
- nuts/peanut butter
- 1) chunky peanut butter
- 2) smooth peanut butter
- 3) almonds
- 4) peanuts
- 5) some other variety of nut or mixed nuts
- whole wheat/multi-grain in some form:
- 1) bread
- 2) wraps
- 3) rolls
- 4) pizza crust
- fruits:
- 1) apples
- 2) bananas
- 3) variety of others, but one of them almost daily
- vegetables:
- 1) frozen blends
- 2) raw baby carrots
- 3) red/yellow/orange bell peppers
- 4) sweet white onions
Oatmeal! w/ pumpkin, sliced banana, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Apples too, i could eat them all day long
