do you work? if so what at- Yes, I work at the Marcus Autism Center in their Feeding department. Basically I work with young kids who have feeding disorders (not to be confused with eating disorders). There are many different reasons why they don't want to eat (ie. they have trouble swallowing, they never developed the skill to chew, they have a medical condition that causes oral motor skill deficits, etc). I work with another therapist and we alternate between feeding and taking behavioral data on a computer, which helps us guide our treatment protocol. I love it!

favorite day of the week? why- Saturday because I get to sleep in and do whatever I feel like doing!

do you go out much(clubbing)- Nope, I'm not really into that kind of thing

favorite color- PINK! But, I really just like bright colors in general. I'm always attracted to pink things though!

favorite clothing- Skirts and dresses, especially in the summer. They're so comfy!

favorite movie- I have  no idea!

favorite tv programme- That's hard too, I go through phases. I always love Jeopardy and Extreme Home Makeover though!

are you happy with yourself- To be honest, and rational, there's nothing to be unhappy about. Yet I'm just not satisfied. It feels like there's a certain detail I've been ignoring for such a long time I've forgotten what this thing even is. /rant over/

any regrets- Letting myself go that far. If I were the type to actually TALK, I might have not had depression, might have not had OCD, might have not had anorexia. Might have not wasted years, and lots of talent and potential. Or screwed up with so many people, or let them screw me up. Well, I wanted to type "I have nothing to regret". But I regret lots of things.

I'm bored, too. I'm going to take off a couple hours early to get groceries and work on a couple papers i have due on Thursday. I'd do them here (at work), but I can't concentrate at all.

snack- I do not snack

 

what had you today for... I just realized that I am eating the EXACT same thing today as I did yesterday! ha ha ha. Oh how I am such a creature of habit! Don't fix what ain't broken! :P

breakfast- depends... anywhere from 7:45 to 9:30 am.

lunch- depends again... between 12:30 and 2:30

dinner- I love dinner @ 6:30 pm

breakfast- totally guestamating... maybe around 250, 300 calories?

lunch- er um well... maybe 200 to 300 calories again?

dinner- this is where the MOTHER LOAD of calories comes in... probably like 700 or 800! ha ha.

what type of exercise do you do- Elliptical Trainer and I am going to start doing pilates!

do you go out much(clubbing)- Nope, I am definitely NOT a night person! I love being home by 6 pm so that I can cook a yummy meal and watch movies/tv and go to sleep early.

favorite clothing- Sweats baby! So comfy. I do loveeee my 5 inch heels though.

favorite movie- Oh man, The Hangover? The Proposal.

favorite tv programme- FRIENDS - oh how I miss you!

favorite soap- Don't watch soaps... although Desperate Housewives could be considered a soap and I do watch that!

whats your ideal way to relax- I love working out in the morning and then being able to just do errands, lay out at the pool, hang with some friends and not have a car in the world.

breakfast- english muffin with margarine (2tsp?) and 1/2 packet thing of grape jelly, and 10 ounces orange juice.

lunch- ham, cheddar cheese, and whole wheat crackers, water.

dinner-6 inch veggie delight subway sandwich on italian with avacodo, provelone cheese, green peppers, onions, cucumber, and spinach, and spicy mustard. Water.

supper-? Isn't that the same as dinner?

snack-16 ounces orange juice, 3 inches of same sub as above.

lunch-10 strawberries in some sugar, and idk 3-5 ouces cajun roast beef  andd strawberry kool-aid

dinner-med. sonic tater tots with 2 packets of marinara sauce, and half of a BLT sandwich without tomato or mayo, but with mustard, onion, and pickles. anddd diet dr. pepper.

snack-10 ounces of orange juice, a taco....

breakfast-anywhere from7:30-12:00 or not at all...depending on the day and what i have going on....

(gawd, this is hard..all of this is assuming that i eat without restricting.. hopefully throwing up, which is still most of the time, but it gives a good idea of when I'm doing good.)

what type of exercise do you do-whatever I feel like, I do a lot of walking without doing it for exercise, i swimm a lot, bike riding, jumping on my trampoline, running or walking dogs, skating, hiking, softball, volleyball, basketball, other sports, weight lifiting, yoga, taebo, or other tapes, stretching, situps, pushups, pullups, lunges, dancing, stand still bikes, ab lounge or twist..just whatever Im in the mood for.

are you gaining maintaining or losing-well i realllllllllyy need to gain. but at the moment i would say im really maintaining...but at least im not losing..

height/age/weight-5'7"-5'8"/17/eesh. shouldnt post that, i dont want to trigger anyone, but its 80..you can delete me if i'm causing any harm, because i would NOT want to do that ;)

calories a day-greatly depends can be 0 if im having a bad day or like up to 2500 if im having a great day..that is unless i throw up, in which case it can be 0-who knows because i dont relaly count..

dinner- most PATHETIC dinner (pre work);;; cheese + vegemite sandwich on wholemeal, 150g  rice custard (caramellll)

supper- caramel paddlepop and another Up N Go (at 10.30)

snack- morning; LF ice cream with brown sugar, and an UT crunchy chocchip muesli bar. afternoon; none.
