Everyday I am noticing that my vitamin a levels are very low. My vitamin C is usually lower than it should be too.
What's a good food that will raise my vitamin a and support healthy weight loss?

Fruits and vegetables.
I take multivitamins with vitamin a in it, and I think apple juice
Owp I meant vitamin c
when it comes to vitamin a think orange....carrots, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin are all excellent sources of vitamin a.
one serving of any of these will give u 100% daily value or more.
spinach is also a great source of vitamin a, as well as dark lettuce.
if u eat a single orange that will give u 100% vitamin c, peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, and other citrus fruits are also excellent.
if ur lacking in vitamin a and c i would imagine ur diet to be pretty low in fruits and veg and u may need to reinvent it.

I would give you some of mine if I could. My hands and feet are orange because of beta carotene overdose. Ugh fml. Anything dark green or orange has tons of vitamin A. Carrots, winter squashes (pumpkin, butternut, spaghetti), cantaloupe, spinach, romaine.. Basically all my favorite foods lol.
