Any Vitamin supplement recommendations?
Ok so I'm on calorie counting diet and I am getting more aware of what foods are healthy and so on. I'm exercising regularly. But I don't know if I'm getting enough vitamins a day.
Does anyone recommend anything? Or should i even be concerned much about that as i've added more veggies and fruits to my daily diet?

I'm not a doctor, but I would swear by 2-3 Life brand generic children's chewable vitamins per day.
