They're very high in fiber and vitamins, and have a decent amount of protein. How is that crap? Sure, they have sugar, but it's very healthy for a sweet tooth.
11 grams of sugar is a lot.. I like to keep my sugar at 30 grams a day ( including fruit ) to keep a flat stomach.
I dont know, I mean I used to eat them as a nightly snack with chobani or lowfat cottage cheese or peanut butter and I thought they were really good for portion control and a healthy snack. Theyre better than most cereals and theyre high in sugar but the ingredients are pretty okay. I stopped eating them because theyre overpriced and I dont eat processed food anymore but a good alternative would be a package of plain oatmeal with sweetener or a piece of high fiber grain toast with peanut butter spread.. and as previous posters said you can always make your own muffins with pumpkin and sugar free cake mix :)
