So I can't decide which is better between.. Carb master(6oz) which is 60 calories, 3g sugar, and 4g carbs but 1.5g fat Or.. Activia lite(4oz) which is 70 calories, 8g sugar, 12 carbs but zero fat. So which should I do?

I'm new to the yogurt scene. Up until about a year ago, I wouldn't touch the stuff because I never found some that I could get past that weird yogurt taste. But I agree that the Dannon Light & Fit is great. I buy the 12 pack of 4oz containers. I really like the blueberry variety (only 50 cal!)
The vanilla is great too.... tastes more like pudding than yogurt :)
Plain greek yogurt, because it is high in protein and low in sugar. If you want flavoring, add your own honey or jam/fruit preserves. Then you can control how much sugar goes in, and you have more choice of flavors!
aw c'mon armandounc, not you too....next thing you'll be believing milk is just for baby cows....which if true would provide us with a lot more tasty veal to eat....not entirely a bad thing, so long as we can keep on stealing our butter, cheese and yogurt from their feed....
The best yogurt is the one you sweeten yourself. Sometimes you can get by with just fruit and no added sugar.
Chobani is the best. Thick, delicious, high protein and 140 calories. I haven't had any other yogurt that comes close to being as good as Greek yogurt. Ditch the activia and super low calorie yogurts.
Dannon Oikos plain for me. Sometimes I stir in some honey or agave, and sometimes I add fresh or frozen fruit. Most of the time I just have it plain.
Which is better? For weight loss it doesn't matter. Eat the one you like and count the calories.
Best yogurt for weight loss? Probably that Carb Master yogurt you mentioned. But healthiest yogurt? I would say plain Stonyfield Oikos Greek yogurt.
