I was craving a chocolaty snack the other night, and I saw my vanilla yogurt and I had an idea.
Took the fat free yogurt and I added some of my chocolate protein powder to it.
It was a *bit* grainy, but other than that it was thick and chocolate and rich and felt truly decadent.
I do that a lot...add a spoonful of peanut butter next time for chocolatey peanut buttery deliciousness. Or leave out the pb and dip some strawberries in the chocolate yogurt.
Also, a packet of True Lime or True Lemon, plus a bit of sweetener in greek yogurt is really yummy.
i do this all the time. i take 0% greek yogurt, mix in some hot chocolate powder actually (i add a whole sachet of diet swiss mis, 25 calories), maybe with a bit of extra stevia or splenda for sweetness. then i add in some almond butter or peanut butter to make it more creamy (reese yogurt!)
it's delish :) especially topped with cereal or berries!
