Welcome to the **April** Challenge!
I “pirated” this challenge from Kallikat--hopefully won’t get kicked off this forum by the moderators if I didn‘t go through the right channels--am a relative “newbie“ to this forum stuff.  Anyway, if you’ve participated before, welcome back for another month!  To all those who have not done this challenge (or any other) welcome aboard to any newbies!

The challenge is pretty easy.
We'll have 4 weekly weigh in's and then a final weigh in on the last day of the month and the dates will be...:

In keeping with previous tradition:  weigh in days are on a Sunday.  For those who don’t like to weigh in on the weekend--look at it this way--extra motivation to stay on track over those “days off!”

Great! I was hoping somebody would start an April challenge up, as it helps to keep me motivated. So a big thankyou from me to akgirl. :) I prefer to weigh in kg's but will convert to pounds for the challenge.

I binge on cookies and ice cream the whole weekend. Still kept a deficit and manage to see 192.5 this morning on the scale. Let's see how long that can last. Feeling pretty good. Keep up the good work everybody!

I've recently started incorporating grapefruit in my diet, it has all kinds of great nutrients and it's cal. A lil too bitter for me so I sprinkle a little bit of splenda on it and it's pretty good. Anyone else trying anything new this month?

This was supposed to be "initial results"...unfortuantely, I apparently don't speak fluent HTML so my link to the "snapshot" spreadsheet did not work.  For the time being--I'll do it the "old fashioned" way--just type the data & eyeball the spacing.  Have not given up on the link--will have to come up with something suitable to use as a bribe for my HTML expert (translated--teenager).  Am not sure if it's operator error, or if the system really doesn't want me to do what I was trying to doTongue out

I did fairly well this week, but Friday I had dairy queen and a salad that I later found out was high in calories. I'm shocked to see that I actually lost weight this week!

Would love to put you on the list, but I'm still waiting for your starting weight.  I guess I could enter "14something" as 14?, but not sure how to figure out if you gained or lost from there...suppose I'll just "wing it" and post this week's weigh in.Wink
