How much can you exercise in a month? Thirty minutes every day is 900 minutes. The American Heart Association recommends at least 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise every day - so how much can you do? Chances are I'm not going to reach 1250 for April (i've been studying like crazy for my finals next week) but I know that I can do it for May because I will be done with finals.

I'll be going to class 3 days a week next month instead of 2... so I'll stay at 1500.
I am going to up mine to 1750.
I'm a beginner so I'll sign up for 900.
I am new to this, but I am going for the gusto and will use this challenge to really push myself. It is not going to be easy but I am going to try for 3,000.
