Time to begin taking names for May challenge. 

How much can you exercise in a month?  Thirty minutes every day is 900 minutes.  The American Heart  Association recommends at least 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise every day - so how much can you do?  The American Heart Association also offers free exercise diary and links to great information on heart health  Check it out.

Well since this is my first challenge I will go for hmmm, you know what I have been running and that takes me about 20 min and i have been walking with the kids etc. bike season is coming too. hmm i'll take 1250 please

Let's shoot for 1250 again.
