This is a place where we set a goal for the month for weightloss, a goal set by you, based on your needs and abilities. Just put your stats and your goal by the end of January! Mostly I'm looking for losing inches of fat and gain or maintain inches of muscle, BUT I am not sure what to put as a goal for that!
