Halloween to Christmas Challenge - Lose 10% by Christmas

Quote  |  Reply

The goal is to lose 20 lbs. or about 10% of your body weight by Christmas. You can adapt this of course to your size and metabolism, but I think 20 lbs. is a good goal for most people.

Try to log your weight/ BMI at least once a week.

Also feel free to jump in at anytime! And I usually weigh in once a week, but do whatever works best for you.

Starting Weight: 212 lbs.

Goal Weight: 190 lbs.

Ultimate Goal: 160 lbs.

Good luck!

I'm guessing some of that was actual weight loss and som was leftover form last weeks weigh-in. I didn't weigh in Friday because I slept in too late to have time to go before class/eating.

I lost a bit extra, so the weight I gain this week won't be so bad :)

I'm surprised I didn't gain. I don't know if getting to 185 is realistic at this point, but I should be able to hit 190.

Start 10/31/11 = 197

My 12/25/11 target = 187

Today = 197.1

SW=182 (10/22/11)

I don't know if I am going to reach 165 by Christmas or not, I am pretty tickled with the loss though.

I won't hit 185, but I think 190 is still a realistic goal for Christmas.

SO CLOSE! I really don't get to stress eat during finals though! Breaking into the 180's would be a perfect Christmas gift!

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
