I will weigh in on 1 July
I'm in, today I weighed in at 168.2 and I need to 18 or 20 pounds to be at my goal weight but my main problem is that I like to eat and have less self control when I eat out, hopefully I can do it this time. Last year I was able to lose 23 pounds with CC help and now that I've gained a few pounds back I need to get back on track.
I'd like to join, please! I messed up on maintenance and need to try this again. I'll weigh in on July 1st.
Can I join? I weigh 147 right now. The only thing is, I'm leaving this Friday for a 5-week summer ballet intensive and won't be able to weigh myself. But I'll definitely make sure to at leas tupdate how I am doing!
By the way, I hope to lose about 15-20 lbs by september! In total I have about 50 lbs to lose, so I have a long way to go! (my goal weight is 98 lbs but I am short, 5'2")

I haven't been very good at keeping track since feburary, food or exercise, so I think this will be the kick I need. I would love to lose another 10-15lbs by the end of the summer. I'll post CW July 1.
This is really great you all! My goal is for our challengers to be there for each other. The ultimate goal I have for myself is 10 pounds. Don't give up if you haven't been able to log regularly, just post when you can.

Count me in, current weight - 172lbs ish. Going on a camping holiday for the first 16 days of this challenge so we'll see how i get on, lots of exercise guaranteed but will power is needed to stop me eating too much!
So this would be about 12 weeks, so let's say about 15-20 lbs lost... therefore target weight is about 155lbs... which is a bmi of 24.3... which sounds perfectly healthy.

- week 1- i'm going to go with monday weight b/c i binged so 110
- week 2- don't have a scale, i'm in ny and hopefully walking enough to counteract the eating i'm doing :)
- week 3- 109.9 (but i was 108.1 yesterday, i just ate too much and am retaining water hopefully)
- week 4- 108.2 (was 107.0 but ate too much again and it should be back down tomorrow in the 107 area)

I have loss a total of 15 pounds doing this challenge three months at a time. I am totally stoked for the upcoming months.
Remember to post even if you had a bad week. Don't get discouraged we are here to support you and keep you motivated. I know this last challenge I started I only loss 2.4 pounds. But, I have a good support system with the members here and I am sticking with it, hence the third quarter challenge.
