Hey Langey! I am going to try to stick with the challenge this month!
I just moved this past weekend and the last couple weeks have been a little hectic and I think I gained some weight. Today was the first day I was able to weigh myself in a few weeks and it is also the day I started my period so it is probably not accurate. I will just have my first weigh-in next week, probably on Wednesday. I am also not sure what my goal for the month will be since I don't know what my current weight is.
Here are some of my stats: 4'11", 22 (23 on the 21st!), Ultimate Goal Weight 103-107
YAY nmward you're back! I don't have a specific goal in mind either other than losing! I want to lose something! I don't care if it's 2 pounds. It's better than nothing.
Adios 130s!!! Never to see you again! I have a triathlon on July 14th that I am slightly freaking out about. I hope I can finish!

I would like to lose at least 5 pounds in July. Here are my Stats:
Starting Weight 137.2 lbs (July 4th)
July Goal Weight:132- 130 lbs
Ultimate Goal Weight: 120-125 lbs.
We're sticking together! We are about the same stats, so if you can get out of the 130's, so can I.
I would like to think I lost 10 pounds of water weight today sitting at the parade. OMG was it HOT! I was wearing a tank top and shorts and I was dripping sweat! It was so nasty. It's 102 degrees right now, which is hot for MN. I filled my 2 liter bottle up and drank most of it with little to spare by the end of the parade. I still don't think it was enough. So we're spending the day inside. Boring! Wish we were at the cabin. B/f's gramma is struggling after a stroke last week so things have been crazy b/w running to the hospital and catching up at home.

07/6/2012: 154 (Down 3 lbs) Hmmmmmmmm I think this major heat wave must be sweating water weight out of me big time...LOL
My weight is going down quite a bit! I am pretty much just losing water weight from TTOM. I like seeing the scale go in the right direction. I still don't have an accurate number since TTOM hasn't ended, but it looks like my weight is probably somewhere around 117. I think I will aim for 114 at the end of the month.

Okay - I disappeared for the last half of July, but I am back. I was on vacation all last week at the lake so a little late signing up here, better late than never. All the eating and drinking on vacation really showed up on the scale today, ugh!
anyway, I am ready to get back on track! I will weigh in on Friday's, so putting my starting weight from last Friday.

So far I've been sticking to the Insanity regimen, which I'm quite happy about. It's hard and I sweat like crazy, but I love the feeling I get afterwards knowing I've accomplished that day's workout. I've also been drinking a ton of water! I used to never drink water at all, but now I've replaced all of the juices and sodas I used to drink with 8 cups of water a day and unsweetened tea, so for that I'm quite proud :) I've noticed that I'm feeling quite a bit more energized, even though I'm naturally waking up earlier than before. Anyway, I'm ready for week two!

I really need to start exercising. Last night I found every reason to not run. Bad bad me! Hoping the b/f decides not to visit his grandma tonight so I can run after work, otherwise we have to leave to minute I get hom. UGH!
I hear ya! This has been me lately! I think it is because summer for us is sooooo busy. I am always much better with my exercise schedule fall-spring, then summer comes and its like packing a years worth of activities into three short months!
@stillwater: I agree. But I swear every time I start excerising something happens so that I can't. I started running, did it twice, then my b/f's grandma has a severe stroke so we ran around for a week straight, then it was the 4th week and tonight we're running to visit her, tomorrow we've got a meeting that will go all night and then Thursday and Friday I can, Saturday I have a wedding and will be running ALL day.
Weighed in yesterday morning at 131.4! That's one of my best losses since December. My triathlon is on Saturday and I'm extremely nervous about it! I should sign up for something at the end of August to keep me motivated. I NEED to get my portions in control. The last week has been insane. Now it's such habit and I don't know to get myself to eat less and not constantly!!
