Great Idea!  Maybe it will keep me away from the Pre-Halloween Candy!  I'm in!  See you on Monday!

Add me to the group. I need to lose those last five pounds (again).  It will be fun to get to know you all.

See you Monday.

Sure....I'm up for it!!! I'm new here...have only been a member of Calorie count for a month and am just now getting in here to check out forums and stuff..I really need help and support to lose weight....so see ya Monday!

From a new friend,

Tonya

I would like to join this group.  I have never joined a challenge before.  I think it is exactly what I need because I always overeat on the weekend.  If we weigh in on Monday, I will have a good reason to watch it.

See you Monday!

I am up for it too.  It would be my first challenge!  weigh in on Monday sounds like a fantastic idea.  Keep me good on weekends!

Hi Esann- I am about the same weight/age as your starting weight. How did you kick the lbs from 146 to 131? CONGRATS!

thanks! the first 7 were because i went from working 9-5 with a bowl of candy on my desk to going back to grad school - so I was busier and walked around the city more, eating only at mealtime - the last 8 came from taking spinning classes 4-6 times a week and eating 12-1400 calories/day (AND making sure not to cheat!) - so now I am back to my high school weight (and a size 4) - i think the biggest weight loss boost i got was from increasing the activity and watching what i ate, but definitely not depriving myself of any type of food

Good luck!
